(444) 「灵粮主题 TODAY’s Topic」：谦卑事奉神的智慧和荣耀 The Wisdom and Glory of Humbly Serving God

「灵粮经节 TODAY’s Verses」：「敬畏耶和华是智慧的训诲；尊荣以前，必有谦卑；The fear of the Lord is instruction in wisdom, and humility comes before honor.」 （箴言 Proverbs 15: 33 节）

「灵粮分享 TODAY’s Sharing」： 今晨在「今日圣言」里，读到鲍勃牧师和黛比加斯夫人 Rev. Bob & Mrs. Debby Gass 写了一篇 ，“今天就要操练谦卑” 的分享。牧者引用马太福音 Matthew 23: 12 节，提醒我们若被神呼召入祂的国侍奉，我们应该要回应，谦卑顺服祂的旨意，为福音劳苦，事奉善待人。耶稣在经节里劝告门徒不要学像文士和法利赛人，爱护待人不要假冒为善，因为神是公义的，“凡自高的，必降为卑；自卑的，必升为高”。也就是灵粮主题要分享的，我们得拥有虔诚侍奉的心态，“谦卑事奉神的智慧和荣耀” 。牧者解释道，在提摩太前书 1 Timothy 1: 15 节里，当人们说保罗是多么伟大时，他仍然保持谦卑，因为他记得自己曾经是什么样的罪魁坏人，逼迫教会和陷害基督徒。所以说，如果你若相信神已经呼召你，你的回应应该是谦卑地俯伏在祂面前。例如，路加福音 Luke 1: 18-20 节告诉我们， 当主的天使告诉年迈的撒迦利亚，他将生养一个名为施洗者约翰的儿子时，他怀疑天使所说的话；而他由于缺乏信心就变成了哑巴，直到施洗者约翰出生的时候。谦卑并不意味着你小看自己，而是意味着你更少地想到自己。所以，牧者引用前些耶稣总结说的：“凡自高的，必降为卑；自卑的，必升为高。” 让我们今天就操练谦卑吧！

「灵粮祷告 TODAY’s Prayer」：今日灵粮也就引用马太福音 Matthew 18：4 节 , 耶稣给我们在天国里 , 谁才是最伟大的教训 , 和大家在主的爱里相互勉励祷告，“所以，凡自己谦卑像这小孩子的，他在天国里就是最大的。” 求神加添我们聪明智慧，有谦卑的认识，去侍奉善待人；免得耶稣在马太福音 Matthew 20：26 节里提醒，我们中间谁愿为大，谁就要作你们的用人。祷告奉主名求。阿门 !

In "今日圣言Today's Word " this morning, I read an article written by Rev. Bob & Mrs. Debby Gass, "Practice Humility Today". The pastor quotes Matthew 23:12 to remind us that if we are called by God to serve in His kingdom, we should respond, humbly submit to His will, labor for the gospel, and serve and be kind to others. In the verses Jesus exhorted his disciples not to be like the scribes and Pharisees, to love others and not to be hypocrites, because God is righteous, "Whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted" . That is what this spiritual food theme wants to share, we have to have a devout service mentality, "The Wisdom and Glory of Humbly Serving God". The pastor explained that in 1 Timothy 1:15, when people said how great Paul was, he remained humble because he remembered what he was once a bad guy who persecuted the church and Christians. So, if you believe that God has called you, your response should be to bow down before Him in humility. For example, Luke 1:18-20 tells us that when the angel of the Lord told the aged Zechariah that he would bear a son named John the Baptist, he doubted what the angel said; Faith became dumb until the birth of John the Baptist. Humility doesn't mean you devalue yourself; it means you think less of yourself. Therefore, the pastor quoted again with his previous Jesus’ summary, that is: "Whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted." Let's practice humility today!

Therefore, 今日灵粮 Spiritual Food Today would quote Matthew 18:4, where Jesus taught us as to who could be the greatest in the kingdom of heaven, and let us all be encouraged to pray with the love of our Lord and that, "Therefore, whoever humbles himself like this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven." May God add to us with his wisdom and humility to serve others and be kind; lest Jesus remind us in Matthew 20:26 that whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant. Pray in the name of the Lord. Amen !
