(448) 「灵粮主题 TODAY’s Topic」：神喜欢使用有缺陷的人 God Loves to Use Flawed People

「灵粮经节 TODAY’s Verses」：「 耶稣对使徒保罗说：我的恩典够你用的，因为我的能力是在人的软弱上显得完全。所以，我更喜欢夸自己的软弱，好叫基督的能力覆庇我；But Jesus said to Apostle Paul, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore, I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.」（哥林多后书 2 Corinthians 12: 9 节）

「灵粮分享 TODAY’s Sharing」： 今晨在「今日圣言」里，读到鲍勃和黛比加斯夫人 Rev. Bob & Mrs. Debby Gass 写了一篇，“瘸着腿行走” 的分享。牧者引用创世记 Genesis 32:1-32 章，尤其是 31 节，描述雅各回乡在毘努伊勒 (Peniel) 的地方，亲自与神摔跤，虽然胜了，但他的大腿窝却给神摸了一把就扭了，以后就成了一个有缺陷的人。神喜悦雅各便祝福他，给他改名为 “以色列”，成了以后以色列国神的选民, 传扬现今我们相信之宇宙唯一的真神宗教信仰。也就是灵粮主题要分享的，“神喜欢使用有缺陷的人。” 牧者解释道，关于这篇旧约圣经里雅各的故事，让我们学习到圣经里的教导：（1）设想一下，大腿关节对于雅各这样的农夫来说有多重要。那是他每日都要依靠的东西，他曾经引以为豪的强壮领域，现在却变成了弱点。（2）结果，他不得不前所未有地依靠神。神有像雅各那样瘸着腿行走的子民，你可能就是其中之一。（3）也许你曾经经历过一次痛苦的失败，而且因为瘸腿是无法隐藏的，所以人们会注意到它。（4）神喜欢使用有缺陷的人，因为当他们成功时，他们不会像那些认为自己配得成功的人那样自高自大。他们会更温和一些，更愿意伸出援助之手去关怀别人。他们明白，如果没有神，他们是不可能成功的。 大家星期五开心，周末愉快！

「灵粮祷告 TODAY’s Prayer」：今日灵粮也就引用哥林多后书 2 Corinthians 12: 10 节，使徒保罗在经节里宣教的教导，和大家在主的爱里相互勉励和祷告。保罗宣教一生容忍受苦，他缺乏视觉，仍然恒心刚强地侍奉主，说，“我为基督的缘故，就以软弱、凌辱、急难、逼迫、困苦为可喜乐的；因我甚麽时候软弱，甚麽时候就刚强了。“ 为此我们就明白，就是使徒保罗他也知道宣道传教侍奉，“神喜欢使用有缺陷的人”。就像牧者鲍勃鼓励的，当你在灵里跛行时，你必须更多地依靠神；这不是一种负债，而是一种得救的资产！求神怜悯帮助赐恩惠，祷告奉主名求的。阿门 !

In "今日圣言 Today's Word" this morning, I read the sharing of "Walking with a Limb" written by Rev. Bob & Mrs. Debby Gass. The shepherd cites Genesis 32:1-32, especially verse 31, describing Jacob returning to his hometown at Peniel, where he personally wrestled with God. Although he won, the socket of Jacob’s hip was touched by God, and his hip was wrenched, and become a flawed person. God was pleased with Jacob and blessed him, changed his name to "Israel", and became the chosen people of God in the kingdom of Israel in the future, spreading the religion of the only true God in the universe that we believe in. That is what this spiritual food theme is going to share, "God Loves to Use Flawed People." The pastor explained that regarding this story of Jacob in the Old Testament, let us learn what the Bible teaches: (1) Imagine , how important hip is to a farmer like Jacob. It was something he relied on every day, an area of strength he was once proud of, but now a weakness. (2) As a result, he had to rely on God as never before. God has crippled people like Jacob, and you may be one of them. (3) Maybe you’ve had a painful failure, and because lameness can’t be hidden, people will notice it. (4) God likes to use flawed people because when they succeed, they are not as arrogant as those who think they deserve it. To this end, 今日灵粮 Spiritual Food Today would quote 2 Corinthians 12: 10, the apostle Paul's missionary teachings in the verse, and everyone are encouraged to pray for each other in the love of our Lord with this verse. As Pastor Bob encourages, when you're limping spiritually, you have to rely more on God; it's not a liability, it's an asset for salvation! Pray that God has mercy and help grant us grace, and pray in the name of the Lord. Amen !
