「灵粮经节 TODAY’s Verses」：「使徒保罗提醒着说，“只要你们行事为人与基督的福音相称，叫我或来见你们，或不在你们那里，可以听见你们的景况，知道你们同有一个心志，站立得稳，为所信的福音齐心努力”；Apostle Paul minded and said, “Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ. Then, whether I come and see you or only hear about you in my absence, I will know that you stand firm in the one Spirit, striving together as one for the faith of the gospel.”」（腓利比书 Philippians 1: 27 节）

「灵粮分享 TODAY’s Sharing」： 今晨在「圣经日日行」里，读到甘力克牧师 Rev. Nicky Gumbel 写了一篇， “爱惜光阴” 的分享。牧者引用以弗所书 Ephesians 5:15-21 节，尤其是 15-17 节，描述保罗提醒我们做信徒的，要知道时间是最有价值的。你可以赚更多的钱，但你无法赚更多时间。保罗在这 15-17 节里写道：“要爱惜光阴，因为现今的世代邪恶。不要作糊涂人，要明白主的旨意如何。” 愚蠢人才会虚度光阴。生命短暂，要活在当下，要认真度过每一天。所以续着在 18-21 节里，保罗鼓励建议我们的生活行事方式，应该：（1）不要醉酒放荡，生活乃要被圣灵充满引导 （18节）；（2）当用诗章、颂词、灵歌彼此对说，口唱心和地赞美主 （19节）；（3）凡事要奉我们主耶稣基督的名常常感谢父神 （20节）；最后，（4）又当存敬畏基督的心，彼此顺服，有着彼此恩爱地侍奉神与待人 （21节）。大家星期五开心，周末愉快！

「灵粮祷告 TODAY’s Prayer」：今日灵粮也就引用哥林多前书 1 Corinthians 16: 13-14 节，使徒保罗在经节里给这, “谨慎你的生活行事方式” 的主题，有着鼓励和教导，和大家在主的爱里相互勉励与祷告：“ 你们务要儆醒，在真道上站立得稳，要作大丈夫，要刚强。凡你们所做的都要凭爱心而做。“ 就像甘力克牧师的分享祈求着说，主啊，请用你的圣灵来充满我们，帮助我们越发爱惜光阴，讨你喜悦。请帮助我们彼此顺服，彼此尊重、彼此相爱，以此讨你喜悦。祷告奉主名求的。阿门 !

In the "圣经日日行Bible Day by Day" this morning, I read Rev. Nicky Gumbel's sharing of "Saving Your Time". The pastor quotes Ephesians 5:15-21, especially verses 15-17, where Apostle Paul reminds us as believers to know that time is of the most value. You can make more money, but you can't make more time. Paul writes in these verses 15-17, "Be very careful, then, how you live — not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore, do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is." Stupid people waste their time. Life is short, to live in the moment, to spend every day seriously. Thus, continuing in verses 18-21, Paul encourages and suggests that we should live in a way that: (1) not to be drunk and debauched, but to be guided by the filling of the Holy Spirit (verse 18); (2) to use psalms, hymns, spiritual Sing songs to one another, sing with your mouth and heart and praise the Lord (verse 19); (3) always give thanks to God the Father in all things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ (verse 20); and finally, (4) revere Christ , submitting to one another, serving God and others lovingly (v. 21). To this end, 今日灵粮 Spiritual Food Today would like to quote 1 Corinthians 16: 13-14, citing the Apostle Paul in the verses, giving this theme of "Careful About the Way You Live Your Life", with encouragement and teaching, and thus encouraged to pray for each other in the love with our Lord from this teaching: "Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong. Do everything in love." Just like Pastor Gumbel's shared prayer, Lord, fill us with your Holy Spirit and help us to cherish our time more and more to please You.
