「灵粮经节 TODAY’s Verses」：「雅各书认为试炼不过是暂时的，使徒保罗也经常鼓励我们说： “可见神的恩慈和严厉，向那跌倒的人是严厉的，向你是有恩慈的；只要你长久在他的恩慈里，不然，你也要被砍下来。而且他们若不是长久不信，仍要被接上，因为神能够把他们从新接上。”; James sees trials as temporary, and the apostle Paul often encourages us to say， “Consider therefore the kindness and sternness of God: sternness to those who fell, but kindness to you, provided that you continue in his kindness. 「灵粮分享 TODAY’s Sharing」： 今晨在「荒漠甘泉 Wells of Grace」里，读到考门夫人牧师 Rev. Lettie Cowman 与她的同工们写了一篇， “却不再使你受苦” 的分享。牧者同工们引用那鸿书 Nahum 1:1- 15 节，尤其是 12 节描述神必宽容拯救受难的犹太人子民，他警告将要毁灭作恶多端的尼尼微城，也就是 「今日灵粮 Spiritual Food TODAY」 主题要分享的，说到我们在每日的生活里，都要认识神有的恩慈：“试炼受苦不过是暂时的” 。牧者的同工们给我们分别解释：（1）司布真 Spurgeon 写道： 受苦是有限制的。神能使你受苦，也能免去你的苦难。弟兄姊妹们，你有时岂不是在跟神叹息：“受苦要到几时呢？” 让我们耐心等候，直到神的计划成功。当父用杖的目的达成后，他自然会把杖挪去。神使我们受苦，为要试验我们，要我们在受苦中靠恩典荣耀他，那么，必须等到我们在人前有了明显的见证之后，苦难才会停止；（2）火的试炼 Trial by Fire 写道：农夫不会一直打谷，神也不会一直用杖。试炼不过是暂时的。目前虽然有暴雨，不久却要停止。一宿虽然有哭泣，早晨便必欢呼。因为神的怒气不过是转眼之间。他的恩典乃是一生之久。我们这至轻的苦楚也是有目的的，为要完成我们永远的荣耀；（3）日晨报 Morning Paper 总结着写道：受苦的信徒们啊，要忍耐！ 将来的酬报远超过现在付出的代价。钟锤是使时鸣钟走得准确的必需品，患难也是属灵生命的必需品。最精美的宝石受匠人琢磨的时间最长。最贵重的雕刻受凿子的琢磨最多。这是一个定律。任何事物的完成，都要经过无微不至的磨炼。大家星期五开心与周末愉快！ 「灵粮祷告 TODAY’s Prayer」：「今日灵粮 Spiritual Food TODAY」 也就引用诗篇 Psalm 1: 5-6 节，和大家在主的爱里相互勉励和祷告。人生短暂，基督徒的生活多少是痛苦，但要知道：“试炼受苦不过是暂时的”。使徒保罗在提摩太后书 2 Timothy 2: 21 节劝告说，人若自洁，脱离卑贱的事，就必作贵重的器皿，成为圣洁，合乎主用，预备行各样的善事。所以诗篇第一篇的诗人在经节里也这么鼓励我们说： “因此，当审判的时候恶人必站立不住；罪人在义人的会中也是如此。因为神知道义人的道路；恶人的道路却必灭亡。 “ 求神帮助我们忍耐坚守此信。祷告奉主名求的， 阿们！ In "荒漠甘泉 Wells of Grace " this morning, I read the sharing of "but I will afflict you no more" written by Rev. We need to know that God is merciful to us and kind in our daily life, and therefore “Trials and sufferings are only temporary”. Rev. Cowman's fellow workers explained to us separately: (1) 司布真 Spurgeon wrote: There is a limit to suffering. God can make you suffer, and he can also spare you from suffering. Brothers and sisters, don't you sometimes sigh with God, and ask "How long must I suffer?" Now let us wait patiently until God's plan succeeds. When the purpose of the Father's rod is accomplished, He will naturally remove the rod. God makes us suffer in order to test us, and wants us to glorify him by grace in suffering, so we must wait until we have a clear testimony before people, and then the suffering will stop; (2) 火的试炼 Trial by Fire Wrote: The farmer does not keep threshing, and God does not keep using the staff. Trials are only temporary. Although there is heavy rain at present, it will stop soon. Though there may be weeping all night, there will be joy in the morning. Because the wrath of God is but a moment. His grace is for a lifetime. Our lightest sufferings also have a purpose, in order to accomplish our eternal glory with God; (3) 日晨报 Morning Paper concludes that: We, the suffering believers, be patient! The future rewards far outweigh the present costs. Clock hammers are necessary to make the clock strike accurately, and suffering is also needed to enrich our spiritual life. The finest gems are the longest to be honed by artisans. The most precious carvings are cut most by the chisel. It works like a natural law. The completion of anything perfectly must go through meticulous tempering. Happy Friday and great weekend everyone! To this end, “今日灵粮 Spiritual Food TODAY” would like to quote Psalm 1: 5-6, and encouraged us to pray for each other in the love of our Lord. Life is too short, and life of a Christian is more or less suffering much, but know that: " Trials and Suffering Are Only Temporary." The apostle Paul exhorts in 2 Timothy 2：21 that: Those who cleanse themselves from the latter will be instruments for special purposes, made holy, useful to the Master and prepared to do any good work. That's why the psalmist in Psalm 1 also encourages us with his verses 5-6: " Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.
