「灵粮经节 TODAY’s Verses」：「使徒保罗经常鼓励我们在属灵生活里要站得稳，说： “要穿戴神所赐的全副军装，就能抵挡魔鬼的诡计。因我们并不是与属血气的争战；乃是与那些执政的、掌权的、管辖这幽暗世界的，以及天空属灵气的恶魔争战。所以，要拿起神所赐的全副军装 （福音的真理教导与圣灵的引导指示），好在磨难的日子抵挡仇敌，并且成就了一切，还能站立得住。”; The apostle Paul often encourages us to stand firm in our spiritual life saying， “Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore, put on the full armor of God (The truth teaching of the Gospel and the guidance of the Holy Spirit), so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.” 」 (以弗所书 Ephesians 6: 11-13 节）

「灵粮分享 TODAY’s Sharing」： 今晨在「荒漠甘泉 Wells of Grace」里，读到考门夫人牧师 Rev. Lettie Cowman 的专栏，刊载了一篇以前卫理公会的牧者华金生 Preacher W. L. Watkinson 写了一篇， “不要惧怕” 的分享。牧者引用但以理书 Daniel 10: 12-13 节，尤其是 12 节，描述先知但以理向神专心的求告，要明白目前与敌国魔王争战的情况，和他将来与神的选民以色列人一起要发生的事，神派天使长米迦勒在异象里跟他说话，告诉但以理他的言语和祷告已经蒙神的应允与保佑，这也就是 「今日灵粮 Spiritual Food TODAY」 主题要分享的，说到我们在每日有属灵的生活里，都要面对魔鬼的诱惑阻拦与攻击：“站得住与属灵气的恶魔争战” 。牧者给我们解释写道：在这上述的几节经文里，让我们了解到，撒旦都在直接拦阻先知但以理能与神亲近祷告。他禁食祷告了21天，在祷告上花了极大的苦工，可是都没有得到回应。这不是因为但以理有罪造成阻隔，也不是因为他的祷告不正当，而是因为撒旦都在这特别的情况之下攻击他。要知道，我们的神是有怜悯听祷告的，所以这时当他一开始祷告，神就差遣使者去回应他，可是波斯国的魔君在中途，拦阻神的使者，和他摔跤，以致但以理在地上受苦。就像今日灵粮的经节以弗所书 Ephesians 6: 12 节里使徒保罗所说的，“… 因我们并不是与属血气的争战；乃是与那些执政的、掌权的、管辖这幽暗世界的，以及天空属灵气的恶魔争战 …” 。撒旦拦阻神的回应，三个星期 21 天之久，但以理书 Daniel 10: 2 节里描述但以理差不多要悲伤死了 — 撒旦也确实想使他悲伤至死。保罗在哥林多前书 1 Corinthians 10：13 节也提到，神不会让他的儿女背负所不能背负的。大家星期五开心与周末愉快！

「灵粮祷告 TODAY’s Prayer」：「今日灵粮 Spiritual Food TODAY」 也就引用罗马书 Romans12: 12 节，和大家在主的爱里相互勉励和祷告。牧者华金生在分享里鼓励着说，许多基督徒的祷告同样会被撒旦拦阻，可是，你不用怕自己的祷告和信心会徒然累积，因为不久它们就要像洪水般骤然冲出来，不但带着回应，也带着新的祝福。最属灵的信徒常会受到最厉害的试探，但神必不遗弃你，我们要 “站得住与属灵气的恶魔争战”。所以保罗在这罗马书经节里也是这么鼓励： “在指望中要喜乐，在患难中要忍耐， 祷告要恒切。 “ 求神帮助我们忍耐坚守此信。祷告奉主名求的， 阿们！

In "荒漠甘泉 Wells of Grace " this morning, I read the column of Rev. Lettie Cowman 考门夫人牧师 , and there published an article, “Do Not Be Afraid " written by Preacher W. L. Watkinson, a former Methodist preacher. The preacher quoted Daniel 10: 12-13, especially verse 12, describing the prophet Daniel's prayer to God, to understand the current situation of fighting against the enemy king of the devil, and his future with God, along with his chosen people, the Israelis. What was about to happen, God sent the archangel Michael to talk to him in a vision, telling Daniel that his words and prayers had been answered and blessed by God. That is what the topic and theme of "今日灵粮 Spiritual Food TODAY " is about to share: "Stand Firm and Fight Against Spiritual Evils" during our spiritual and life journey, and that we will have to face the temptation, obstruction, and attack of the devil daily. Preacher Watkinson explained to us: In the above-mentioned verses, let us understand that Satan is directly preventing the prophet Daniel from getting close to God and praying. He fasted and prayed for 21 days and laboured hard in his prayers, but none of them were answered. It was not because of Daniel's sin that caused a hindrance, nor because his prayers were improper, but because Satan attacked him in this situation. You must know that our God is merciful to listen to prayers, so when he began to pray, God sent an envoy to respond to him, but the demon King of Persia stopped the envoy of God on the way and wrestled with him, so that Daniel suffered on earth. As the apostle Paul said in the “灵粮经节 Spiritual Food TODAY’s verse,” Ephesians 6:12, "... For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms ...'. Satan blocked God's response for three weeks or 21 days. Daniel 10:2 describes Daniel almost dying of grief - and Satan really wanted to make him mourn to death. Paul also mentioned in 1 Corinthians 10:13 that God will not burden His children with what they cannot bear. Happy Friday and great weekend everyone!

To this end, “今日灵粮 Spiritual Food TODAY” would like to quote Romans 12:12, and encourages and prays for each other in the love of the Lord. Preacher W. L. Watkinson encouraged in his sharing that the prayers of many Christians will also be blocked by Satan, but you do not have to be afraid that your prayers and faith will accumulate in vain, because soon they will rush out like a flood, not only with responses, and with new blessings. The most spiritual believers are often faced with the most severe temptations, but God will never abandon you, we must "Stand Firm and Fight Against Spiritual Evils". That is why apostle Paul encourages in this verse of Romans: "Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer." May God help us to persevere in this faith with patience.
