「灵粮经节 TODAY’s Verses」：「许多圣经学者认为诗篇 104 篇是大卫写的。但圣经并没有说是他写的。诗人描述意眛着有关于神是宇宙万物的创造者和主宰。在旧约时代里，神给祂的子民有着摩西的十诫要遵守成圣，可是人类还是明知故犯，亏欠了神的荣耀，无药可救。但是，神仍然爱护着祂的子民，到了新约时代，神给了人类最终救恩的底线，差派祂的独生子耶稣基督，道成肉身，做了人类犯罪该死的挽回祭，挂在十架上殉身三天后复活，完成了神给人类最终的救赎办法，救主耶稣打胜了罪恶死亡的代价，给祂降世完成了救赎的大使命荣耀神。所以，圣经学者都认为新约比旧约是更有完美救恩的体会，让我们看到耶稣复活升天的荣光，祂必再来领接我们回家，使得我们承认耶稣是唯一的救世主和其荣耀，更加相信：“仰望主的荣光就得到宽恕和自由”。所以，在今日灵粮的诗篇 104 篇的经节里，一生都在逃难给人追杀的诗人大卫王，也都没有忘记神的大爱，和神至高的尊荣和荣光，也就像摩西带领以色列人出埃及所领受的，与其见到耶和华的荣光有那么多次，大卫在经节里就赞颂着说：“神掩面，他们便惊惶；祂收回他们的气，他们就死亡，归於尘土。神发出祂的灵，他们便受造；神使地面更换为新。愿耶和华的荣耀存到永远！ 愿耶和华喜悦自己所造的！”; Many Bible scholars attribute Psalm 104 to King David. But the Bible doesn't say he wrote it. The psalmist's description implies that God is the creator and master of all things in the universe. In the Old Testament era, God gave His people the Ten Commandments of Moses to obey and be sanctified, but human beings still committed sins knowingly and fell short of God’s glory, and there was no cure. However, God still loves His people. and reflected in the era of the New Testament, God gave mankind the thread of ultimate salvation, and sent His only beloved son, Jesus Christ, who became flesh and became a propitiation sacrifice for mankind’s sin and death. Being martyred on the cross and being able to be resurrected in three-day and thus completed God’s ultimate redemption method for mankind. The Savior Jesus overcame the price of sin and death, and glorified God for Him to come to the world to complete the great mission of redemption. Therefore, Bible scholars believe that the New Testament has a more perfect experience of salvation than the Old Testament. It allows us to see the glory of Jesus’ resurrection and ascension. He will come again to take us home, making us believe in the Lord more and admit that He is the only one, Savior: " Beholding the Glory of the Lord and You Will be Forgiven and Free ". Therefore, in the verses of Psalm 104 of today’s spiritual food, the psalmist King David, who was always hunted and be killed by his enemies all his life, never forgot God’s great love, God’s supreme honour and glory, just like Moses brought when the Israelites came out of Egypt and received and saw the glory of the Lord with his faith so many times, psalmist David praised and said the verses of Psalm104, that : “When God hide His face, they are terrified; when God take away their breath, they die and return to the dust. Nicky Gumbel 写了一篇，“我们的面孔”的分享。牧者引用哥林多后书 2 Corinthians 3: 7-18 节，尤其是 14 至 18 节，描述新约是神给我们更大的荣耀，因为我们有了新约里的救赎福音，这是神给了人类最终救恩的底线，祂的独生子耶稣基督成了我们的救世主。只要我们信靠他，我们就能成了神的儿女，就能与神直接同在也会见到神的荣光。不像摩西在旧约时代，人的信仰与崇拜，都还有幔子阻拦了他们进入圣所直接见到神的荣光。在现代的新约里，只要我们相信耶稣就能得救， 因为幔子就裂了，代表了耶稣的身体作了挽回祭，耶稣的灵，也就是指那耶稣升天后所差派来给我们的圣灵，这第三位神的格位，也叫保惠师就会永远居住在我们的心殿里与我们同在。所以， 我们既然能何无阻拦地敞开着脸看得见神的荣光 ，好像从镜子里返照，就变有成了耶稣的形状，荣上加荣，如同从耶稣的灵变成的，也就是「今日灵粮 Spiritual Food TODAY」主题所要分享的， “仰望主的荣光就得到宽恕和自由” 。

甘力克牧师在分享里给我们举例解释说道：兰尼埃罗.坎塔拉买撒神父Father Raniero Cantalamessa是圣方济会修士。2015 年，神父欣然接受甘力克牧师的邀请，在启发全球领袖大会上发表演讲；那时他已经81岁。大会结束后，很多人都对牧者说，神父的脸和眼睛闪耀着 “神同在” 的光芒。有一次，神父坐火车去意大利，他在车厢里碰到一位妇人，这妇人完全不信仰基督，但她却对神父说： “仅是看到您的面孔，就让我好想相信神。” 有句俗语说得好：“你不能保证容颜不老，但可以保证表情不老。” 你可以通过一个人的眼睛和他的面孔读出很多东西 — 就像前面讲到兰尼埃罗神父的例子。西方人常说：“你真应该看看他的脸。” 有句古老的拉丁谚语也说：“面孔是心灵的仪表盘”。 我们也常说眼睛就是心灵的窗户。在英语中，如果你想让对方真聆听，或者相信你的话，就会说：“请看着我的眼睛。” 主的灵给我们的生命带来无可比拟的自由。这自由让我们脱离旧约里的律法、罪疚、定罪和自暴自弃；有了这新约信了耶稣救恩的福音，这自由就将我们从罪、自私、控制、操纵的权势中解放出来；这自由让我们不再害怕死亡和别人对我们的看法；这自由让我们更自信，不再去和他人比较。你也就有认识、服侍和爱神的自由。你更有用自己的生命和能力爱他人的自由。当你定睛观看耶稣时，也就是所谓“仰望主的荣光就得到宽恕和自由”。你也就会被渐渐改变，变成耶稣的样子，如果崇拜信仰祂，你就会被塑造成神的样子。大家星期五开心与周末愉快！

「灵粮祷告 TODAY’s Prayer」：「今日灵粮 Spiritual Food TODAY」也就再引用哥林多后书 2 Corinthians 3：17 节和大家在主的爱里相互勉励祷告。甘力克牧师在今日灵粮的分享里，教导我们，以“我们的面孔”做了示范讲题，让我们知道每一天，我们的眼睛都会接收成千上百个面孔或形象，但圣灵向我们揭示的，却是最重要的一张面孔。你若花时间与主相处，就会越来越像他，也给人家看起来，你就有主的荣光，越来越美丽值得人相信。也就能引领更多人跟随耶稣信上帝，更相信：“仰望主的荣光就得到宽恕和自由”。所以使徒保罗在这哥林多后书三章的经节里，再次提醒我们要跟随圣灵的引导行事为人，我们就会远离犯罪的捆绑，得有自由释放， 因为;“主就是那灵；主的灵在那里，那里就得以自由。“ 就像甘力克牧师在分享里祷告的，”主啊，感谢你赐予我这无尚特权，可以自由自在、坦然无惧地接近你。感谢你，我可以定睛看你的面孔，并且向世人反射你的荣光。今天，请帮助我们再次定睛看你。“ 祷告奉主名求的，阿们！

In "圣经日日行 We Devote" this morning, I read the sharing of "Our Faces" written by Rev. Nicky Gumbel. The pastor quoted 2 Corinthians 3: 7-18, especially verses 14-18, to describe the new covenant as God's greater glory to us, because we have the gospel of redemption in the new covenant, which is God's Giving the bottom line of ultimate salvation to mankind, His only begotten Son Jesus Christ has become our Savior. Pastor Gumbel explained to us with examples in his sharing: Father Raniero Cantalamessa is a Franciscan monk. In 2015, this priest accepted the invitation of Pastor Gumbel to speak at the Inspire Global Leadership Conference; he was 81 years old at the time. After the conference, many people told the pastor that the priest's face and eyes shone with the "presence of God". Once, the priest was travelling by train to Italy. He met a woman in the car. This woman did not believe in Christianity at all, but she said to the priest: "Just seeing your face makes me want to believe God." There is a saying that goes well: "You can't guarantee that your face will never age, but you can guarantee that your expression will never age." You can read a lot of things through a person's eyes and his face — just like the aforementioned Father Raniero example of. Westerners often say: "You should really look at his face." There is also an old Latin proverb that says: "The face is the dashboard of the soul." We also often say that the eyes are the windows to the soul. In English, if you want someone to really listen, or believe you, you say, "Look me in the eyes." The Spirit of the Lord brings unparalleled freedom into our lives. This freedom frees us from the law, guilt, condemnation, and self-denial in the Old Testament; with the New Testament believing in the gospel of salvation in Jesus, this freedom liberates us from the power of sin, selfishness, control, and manipulation; This freedom makes us no longer afraid of death and what others think of us; This freedom makes us more confident and stop comparing ourselves with others. You also have the freedom to know, serve and love God. You are freer to use your life and abilities to love others. When you fix your eyes on Jesus, it is also called "Beholding the Glory of the Lord and You Will be Forgiven and Free". You will also be gradually changed into the image of Jesus. In conclusion, “今日灵粮 Spiritual Food TODAY” would like to quote 2 Corinthians 3: 17 again and everyone encourages to pray for each other in the love of our Lord. Pastor Gumbel taught us in today's spiritual food sharing, and made an illustrative topic with "Our Faces", letting us know that every day, our eyes receive thousands of faces or images, but the Holy Spirit tells us What was revealed was the most important face.
