「灵粮经节 TODAY’s Verses」：「著名的威克利夫圣经翻译家,也就是从事了50多年的平信徒传道人戈登·丘吉德 Lay Pastor Gordon Churchyard 曾经说过，诗篇 103 篇的背景尚不清楚，但清楚的是诗人大卫王渴望赞美神所做的一切。 他谈到了神个人的祝福、他赦免的爱，在患难临死中他拯救，最后他呼吁所有信徒赞美主，因为，"有神的同在也都会给你新的一天"， 说：“… 天离地何等的高，他的慈爱向敬畏他的人也是何等的大！东离西有多远，他叫我们的过犯离我们也有多远！父亲怎样怜恤他的儿女，耶和华也怎样怜恤敬畏他的人！因为他知道我们的本体，思念我们不过是尘土。至於世人，他的年日如草一样。他发旺如野地的花，经风一吹，便归无有；他的原处也不再认识他。但耶和华的慈爱归於敬畏他的人，从亘古到永远；他的公义也归於子子孙孙 …”; Pastor Gordon Churchyard, a famous Wycliffe Bible Translators and lay preacher for over 50 years once said, the background of Psalm 103 is unclear, but what is clear is a desire on the part of David to praise God for all that He has done. He speaks of God's personal blessings, His forgiving love，He saves in times of trouble and death ，and he ends with a universal call for all of believers to praise the Lord，because "God’s Presence Will Give You a New Day, and saying: “… For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear him; as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us. As a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear him; for he knows how we are formed, he remembers that we are dust. The life of mortals is like grass, they flourish like a flower of the field; the wind blows over it and it is gone, and its place remembers it no more. But from everlasting to everlasting the LORD’s love is with those who fear him, and his righteousness with their children’s children …” 」 (诗篇 Psalm 103: 11-17 节)

「灵粮分享 TODAY’s Sharing」： 今晨在「今日圣言 Holy Word Today」里，读到鲍勃牧师和黛比加斯夫人 Rev. Bob & Mrs. Debby Gass 写了一篇， “你应该遵行的七节经文” 的分享。牧者鲍勃牧师引用诗篇 Psalm 118: 1-29 节，尤其是在 1 至 4 节，描述大卫王他亲身遇难经历都得神的爱护与帮助，安慰我们若是在危难中求告耶和华，神必应允我们，搭救我们得平安，因为祂对祂的儿女人类有不变的爱： “...祂的慈爱永远长存 ...” 。这也就是「今日灵粮 Spiritual Food TODAY」 主题要分享的, 我们做神的儿女，若是坚信依靠神， “有神的同在也都会给你新的一天” ，也不至于落难遇死的遭遇。所以，鲍勃牧师也就引用这诗篇 Psalm 118 篇，给我们解释这诗篇的内容与其分享，劝告我们活在今世动乱不安的世界里，都要学习诗篇 118 篇里诗人大卫王所经历的，遵行大卫王给我们七节忠告经文，使得我们能够适应逆境，反能得胜感激神。

鲍勃牧师用他非常理智的话安慰我们解释这七节经文如下：牧者要我们帮助自己一个忙，读一读诗篇 118篇:（1） 诗篇 118: 5 节，诗人一开头，就鼓励我们说， “我在苦难中求告耶和华，祂就答应我，…” 。 “你今天在和什么争战？有否破坏性的习惯？拥有极度的恐惧？更是有没有价值的感觉？但是，神对你的爱永不改变，祂都在想如何使你得自由；（2） 诗篇 118: 6 节诗人告诉我们， “有耶和华与我同在，我必不惧怕，…” 。要知道，我们的未来不是掌握在人的手中，而是由神来掌管，祂就是对你的生命有美好计划的美善之神；（3） 诗篇 118: 7 节诗人劝告我们， “耶和华与我同在，帮助我，我必看见那些恨我的人一败涂地。” 当人们试图贬低你时，神会擢升你。当人们拒绝给予你时，神会供应你一切所需要的；（4）诗篇 118: 17 节，诗人鼓励我们说，“我必不至于死，我要活着，并要述说耶和华的作为。” 总有一天，我们都会死去；但在你完成使命和给神带来荣耀之前，你不必死去；（5）诗篇 118: 18 节诗人大卫王说，“耶和华虽然重重地惩罚我，却没有置我于死地。” 神在纠正你吗？你要喜乐感恩，还没有到死的临头与恐惧！祂的纠正并不是拒绝你，而是防止你将来或是现在还想在犯错误。（6）诗篇 118: 24 节里告诉我们， 诗人还是欢心赞美神，说， “这是耶和华得胜的日子，我们要欢喜快乐。” 无论昨天是胜利还是悲剧，就像今日灵粮所要分享的，“有神的同在也都会给你新的一天”。抓住这一天，为此喜乐吧！最后，（7）诗人大卫王在诗篇 118: 29 节里，提醒我们不要忘记神的恩典与拯救，说， “你们要称谢耶和华，因为祂是美善的，祂的慈爱永远长存。” 你也许有过囊中羞涩的日子，但你绝不会有失去神怜悯你的一天。

「灵粮祷告 TODAY’s Prayer」：「今日灵粮 Spiritual Food TODAY」 也就引用历代记上 1 Chronicles 16: 8-9 节和大家在主的爱里相互勉励祷告。鲍勃牧师在今日灵粮的分享里，就在提醒我们每天都要遵行诗篇 118 篇里，诗人大卫王留给我们的七节忠告经文，提示我们在生活里，要如何坚信亲近依靠神去。所以，在这今日灵粮结语所引用的历代记上 1 Chronicles 16: 8-9 节里，大卫王也都再次劝告我们，凡事都要信靠依赖神的帮助，说，“你们要称谢耶和华，求告他的名，在万民中传扬他的作为！要向他唱诗、歌颂，谈论他一切奇妙的作为。” 求神帮助我们每天也都能过着富有属灵的生活，坚守信心才是神给我们的全副军装。求神怜悯让祂的神灵就像 WIFI （圣灵） 一样，每天都有祂的同在， “有神的同在也都会给你新的一天” ，触动我们的良知良心，行事为人，都能爱人行善，引领我们走完那学像耶稣，得救的人生义路。当耶稣再来审判的日子来临时，我们就能报账过关，得有永生的赏赐等候着我们去领受。祷告奉主名求的，阿们！

「灵粮分享 TODAY’s Sharing」：This morning in "今日圣言 Holy Word Today", I read the sharing of " Seven Verses You Should Live " written by Rev. Bob & Mrs. Debby Gass. Pastor Bob quoted Psalm 118: 1-29, especially verses 1 to 4, describing King David’s personal experience of being in trouble and receiving God’s love and help, comforting us that if we call on the Lord in times of crisis, God will Answer us and deliver us to peace, because He has an unchanging love for His children, mankind: "... His steadfast love endures forever ...". This is what the theme of "今日灵粮 Spiritual Food TODAY " is about to share. As children of God, if we firmly believe in and rely on God, " God’s Presence Will Give You a New Day " and we will not be in trouble, or facing the experience of death. Therefore, Pastor Bob quoted Psalm 118 and explain the contents of this Psalm and shared them with us. He advised us that living in this turbulent world, we must learn from the experience of this Psalmist King David who wrote the Psalm and had lived through the difficult times as described in this Psalm 118. By following these seven verses of advice given to us by King David, we can adapt to adversity and be victorious and grateful to God.

Pastor Bob comforts us with his very sensible words and explains these seven verses as follows: The pastor wants us to do ourselves a favor and read this Psalm 118 thoroughly and understand the contents: (1) Psalm 118: 5, the psalmist encourages us to begin with by saying, “I called to the Lord in my distress, and He answered me …”. What are you battling today? Do you have destructive habits? Have extreme fears? Do you have a sense of worthiness? However, God's love for you will never change, and He is always thinking of how to set you free; (2) Psalm 118: 6, the psalmist tells us, "The Lord is with me, I will not fear..." You must know that our future is not in the hands of humans, but is controlled by God, who is the right person, a good God with good plans for your life; (3) Psalm 118: 7, the psalmist advises us, “The Lord is with me and helps me; I will see the ruin of those who hate me. " When people try to put you down, God will lift you up. When people refuse to give you, God will provide you with everything you need; (4) Psalm 118: 17, the psalmist encourages us, "I will not die, I will live and tell of the works of the Lord. " One day, we will all die; but you don't have to die before you complete your mission and bring glory to God; (5) Psalm 118: 18, the psalmist King David said, "Although the Lord punished me severely, he did not put me to death.” Is God correcting you? You should be happy and grateful that you are not yet facing death with fear! His correction is not to reject you, but to prevent you from making mistakes in the future or now. (6) Psalm 118: 24, the verse tells us that the psalmist still praised God with joy, saying, “This is the day of the Lord’s victory; let us rejoice and be glad. " Whether yesterday was a victory or a tragedy, as today's spiritual food will share that, "God’s Presence Will Give You a New Day." Seize this day and rejoice in it! Finally, (7) Psalmist David the King reminded us not to forget God’s grace and salvation in Psalm 118:29, saying, “Praise the Lord, for He is good, and His love endures forever.” You may have had days when you were short of money, but you will never lose God’s mercy on you.

Please continue to pray for God's mercy and intervention in mankind's irreconcilable ethnic conflicts, a ceasefire and the release of hostages as soon as possible, so that Gaza's underground tunnels can shine with light, so that Palestine and Israel can achieve final peace in the Holy Land. 「灵粮祷告 TODAY’s Prayer」: In conclusion, “今日灵粮 Spiritual Food TODAY” would like to quote 1 Chronicles 16: 8-9 and encourages everyone to pray for each other in the love of the Lord. When Pastor Bob shared today’s spiritual food, he reminded us to follow the seven verses of advice left to us by the psalmist King David in Psalm 118 every day, reminding us how to firmly believe in, close to, and rely on God in our lives. Therefore, in 1 Chronicles 16: 8-9 quoted in the conclusion of today’s spiritual food, King David once again exhorted us to trust and rely on God’s help in everything, saying, “Give praise to the LORD, proclaim his name; make known among the nations what he has done. Sing to him, sing praise to him; tell of all his wonderful acts." May God help us live a spiritually rich life every day. Persistence in faith is the full armor God has given us. May God be merciful and let His spirit be like WIFI (the Holy Spirit). He will be with us every day, and “God’s presence will give you a new day”, touching our conscience, be able to love others and do good deeds, and lead us through the journey of learning to live like Jesus with his road to the saved life of righteousness. When Jesus returns and the day of judgment comes, we will be able to pay the bills and pass the test, and we will have the reward of eternal life waiting for us to receive it.
