「灵粮经节 TODAY’s Verses」：「那美好的仗我已经打过了，当跑的路我已经跑尽了，所信的道我已经守住了。从此以後，有公义的冠冕为我存留，就是按着公义审判的主到了那日要赐给我的；不但赐给我，也赐给凡爱慕他显现的人; I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day — and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing.」（提摩太后书 2 Timothy 4:7-8）

「灵粮分享 TODAY’s Sharing」：众信徒所知晓，使徒保罗信耶稣悔改得救后，就献身一世为主受苦，传讲耶稣的救恩福音，使得我们这外邦人的信徒，也都能得有这救恩福音和永生。在今日灵粮所引用的提摩太后书第四章，尤其是 7 至 8 节里，也就是保罗在他为福音殉身之前，给我们得救的基督徒做最后一次的见证和鼓励。他給他的的徒弟提摩太提到，神公义的冠冕不但为保罗而存留，也都按着公义审判的主到了那日要赐给保罗；不但赐给他，也赐给凡爱慕祂显现的人。正好有一位牧者也都这样的证道简单的给我们说，我们的得救完全取决于耶稣基督的为人和工作。当我们继续信靠祂时，我们将体验到圣灵的力量在我们生活中工作，使我们学更像耶稣。当我们看到这种情况发生时，我们确信我们确实是神的孩子之一。若是这样，彼得前书 3：18也更是这样鼓励着我们说， 因基督也曾一次为罪受死，就是义的代替不义的，为要引我们度过神的白衣宝座审判之前。按着肉体说，耶稣被治死；按着灵性说，祂是复活了。我们做神儿女的，若能坚信持守圣洁到底，必在面临审判之前，有着救主耶稣做我们的中保得担保，也就必过关得有公义的赏赐和永生的冠冕。

今晨在「纯全喜乐 Pure Joys」里，读到约翰·派博牧师 Rev. John Piper 写了一篇， “真假信仰” 的分享。牧者引用希伯来书 Hebrews 9:28，描述救主耶稣基督降生把自己献为活祭，好除掉人类的罪恶。因为，按着定命，人人都有一死，死後且有审判。像这样，基督既然一次被献，担当了多人的罪，将来要向那等候祂的人第二次显现，并与罪无关，乃是为拯救他们。这也就是「今日灵粮 Spiritual FOOD TODAY」主题所要分享的, 只要我们坚信有耶稣的救恩到底，在我们的每天生活里，处事为人都能学好像耶稣，持守仁义与圣洁，终能得永远与神接近，因为神是圣洁的。这样， “神的公义冠冕必赐给凡爱慕等候他显现的人” 。

派博牧师在今日灵粮里的分享和解释里也都怀着这样的一个疑问，我们常常会思考这个问题：神担当了 “多人的罪”，是否也担当了我们的罪？祂第二次显现 “拯救他们”，是否也会拯救我们？牧者在今日所引用的经节，希伯来书 2：28 里，给我们的答案是：“是的”，只要我们愿意耐心地等候祂。我们可以确信我们的罪已经被除去了，并且如果我们信靠神、切切等候祂的再来，我们在审判之日必定可以安然度过。

有些假信徒声称他们信基督，可是他们将信仰视为一份火灾保险，他们是为了逃避地狱之火才 “相信” 基督，他们对基督没有真正的渴慕。事实上，他们觉得基督最好不要再来，这样他们就可以尽情享受世界的快乐。他们的行为表明他们的心并不在基督里，而是沉浸在世界里。所以，我们面临的问题是：我们是在耐心等候神的再来吗？还是想请祂等一等，等我们继续与这明明个花花世界为伍？这是检验信仰真实性的问题。

让我们效法哥林多前书1:7 里的弟兄姊妹一样，“等候我们的主耶稣基督显现”，并且也像腓立比书 3:20 里所说的弟兄姊妹那样立定心志：“我们却是天上的国民，并且等候救主，就是主耶稣基督从天上降临”。这是问题的核心。我们渴望基督的再来吗？还是爱世界，希望他的再来不会打扰我们属世的计划呢？你的回答将关乎你永恒的生命。大家星期五开心，周末愉快，庆祝加拿大国庆日快乐！

「灵粮祷告 TODAY’s Prayer」：当这一切都说完了，在本篇分享的总结里 「今日灵粮 Spiritual FOOD TODAY」也就引用约翰福音 John 14: 1-3，让大家在主的爱里能相互勉励与祷告。使徒约翰在这经节里，提醒信徒不要在生活里，常常怀着惧怕，缺乏信心，疑问着真正得救的基督，是否能一次得救，就永远得救，躲过白衣宝座审判过关？耶稣在这引用的经节里，明确的安慰着我们说, “你们心里不要忧愁；你们信神，也当信我。在我父的家里有许多住处；若是没有，我就早已告诉你们了。我去原是为你们预备地方去。我若去为你们预备了地方，就必再来接你们到我那里去，我在那里，叫你们也在那里。” 我们若过着以基督做主的生活，就得常常喜乐，持守信心。神是信实公义有恩典，“神的公义冠冕必赐给凡爱慕等候他显现的人”。祷告奉主的名，阿门！

As all believers know, after the apostle Paul believed in Jesus and repented and he was saved. He dedicated his life to suffering for the Lord and preaching the gospel of salvation of Jesus so that we, the Gentile believers, could also have this gospel of salvation and crowned with eternal life at the end. In the fourth chapter of 2 Timothy quoted in today’s spiritual food, especially verses 7 to 8, it is Paul’s last testimony and encouragement to us as saved Christians before he was perished and died for the gospel. He mentioned to his disciple Timothy that the crown of God’s righteousness is not only reserved for Paul, but also will be given to him on that day by the Lord who judges righteously; not only to him, but also to all who love Jesus as the one He will re-appear the second time to receive them home. There happened to be a pastor who gave us such a sermon and simply told us that our salvation depends entirely on the person and work of Jesus Christ. As we continue to trust Him, we will experience the power of the Holy Spirit at work in our lives, causing us to learn to be more like Jesus. When we see this happen, we are convinced that we are indeed one of God's children. If so, 1 Peter 3:18 encourages us even more, for Christ also died once for sins, the righteous for the unjust, to lead us avoiding through the judgment of God’s white throne. Physically speaking, Jesus was put to death; spiritually speaking, He was resurrected. If we, as children of God, can firmly believe in Him and uphold holiness in life to the end, we will have the Savior Jesus as our mediator before facing judgment and avoided, and we will surely pass the test and receive the reward of righteousness and the crown of eternal life.

This morning in "纯全喜乐 Pure Joys", I read an article written by Rev. John Piper, sharing about "True and False Faith." The pastor quoted Hebrews 9:28, which describes the birth of the Savior Jesus Christ to offer Himself as a living sacrifice to take away the sins of mankind. Because it is destined for everyone to die once, and after that there will be judgment. In this way, since Christ was sacrificed once to bear the sins of many, he will appear the second time to those who are waiting for Him, not to do with sin but to save them. This is what the theme of "今日灵粮 Spiritual FOOD TODAY" is about to share. As long as we firmly believe in the salvation of Jesus to the end, and in our daily lives, if we would learn to behave and be like Jesus and uphold righteousness and holiness, we will surely gain always be close to God as God is holy and we must too. In this way, “God's Crown of Righteousness Will Be Given to Those Who love and Wait for His Appearing.”

Pastor Piper also had this question in his sharing and explanation in today’s spiritual food. We often think about this question: Jesus bore “the sins of many”, does He also bear our sins? Will He save us when He appears the second time to “save us”? The answer is given to us in the verse the pastor quoted today, in Hebrews 2:28: “Yes,” as long as we are willing to wait patiently for Him. We can be sure that our sins have been taken away, and if we trust Jesus and wait eagerly for His return, we will be safe on the Day of Judgment.

Some false believers claim they believe in Christ, but they view their faith as fire insurance. They "believe" in Christ to escape the fire of hell. They have no real desire for Christ. In fact, they felt that it would be best if Christ did not come again so that they could enjoy the pleasures of the world. Their actions show that their hearts are not in Christ but in the world. So, the question we face is: Are we patiently waiting for Jesus’ return? Or do you want to ask Him to wait for us and continue to associate with this bright and colorful world? This is a matter of testing the authenticity of faith.

Let us imitate the brothers and sisters in 1 Corinthians 1:7 who “wait for the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ,” and be determined like the brothers and sisters in Philippians 3:20: “But we are citizens of heaven and await the coming of the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, from heaven.” This is the core of the problem. Do we long for the return of Christ? Or do we love the world and hope that His return will not disturb our worldly plans? Your answer will determine your eternal life. When all this is said, in the summary of this sharing, "今日灵粮 Spiritual FOOD TODAY" would like to quotes John 14: 1-3, so that everyone can encourage and pray for each other in the love of the Lord. In these verses, the Apostle John reminds believers not to always be afraid, lack faith, and question whether the truly saved Christian can be saved through faith with Jesus once and for all, and escape the judgment of the white throne? In the quoted verses, Jesus clearly comforts us, saying, "Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am." If we live a life with Christ as our Lord, we must always rejoice and maintain faith, as God is faithful, righteous, and gracious, "God's Crown of Righteousness Will Be Given to Those Who love and Wait for His Appearing." Praying in the name of the Lord, Amen!
