「灵粮经节 TODAY’s Verses」：「耶稣的使徒彼得提醒我们，如果你追求良善、知识、节制、坚忍、敬虔、弟兄仁慈和爱心，你就会结果子，说： “你们若充充足足的有这几样，就必使你们在认识我们的主耶稣基督上不至於闲懒不结果子了。人若没有这几样，就是眼瞎，只看见近处的，忘了他旧日的罪已经得了洁净。所以弟兄们，应当更加殷勤，使你们所蒙的恩召和拣选坚定不移。你们若行这几样，就永不失脚。这样，必叫你们丰丰富富的得以进入我们主 ─ 救主耶稣基督永远的国。”; Jesus' apostle Peter reminds us that if you pursue goodness, knowledge, temperance, long-suffering, godliness, brotherly kindness, and love, you will bear fruit, saying：” For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. But whoever does not have them is nearsighted and blind, forgetting that they have been cleansed from their past sins. Therefore, my brothers and sisters, make every effort to confirm your calling and election. 「灵粮分享 TODAY’s Sharing」： 今晨在「今日圣言 Holy Word Today」里，读到鲍勃牧师和黛比加斯夫人 Rev. Bob & Mrs. Debby Gass 写了一篇， “你在为神结果子吗？” 的分享。牧者鲍勃引用约翰福音John 15: 16 节，描述耶稣在呼召拣选人做他的门徒，就是要派他们出去传福音，使得更多世人会信耶稣而得救，多结出那由神赐来的恩典，永生的果子。也就是 「今日灵粮 Spiritual Food TODAY」 主题要分享的，说到我们在生活里跟随耶稣，参与事奉传福音的，是要如何 “过着富有属灵成果的生活” ，使我们所蒙的恩召和拣选坚定不移。鲍勃牧师给我们解释写道：你曾否想过有些人为什么能够取得那么大的成就？是什么让他们如此有成效？快进到你生命的尽头，你需要怎么做，才能够说 “我过着富有成果的生活，我完成了我所设立的目标” ？你认为怎样才算是富有成果的生活呢？更重要的是，你知道神对富有成果生活的定义吗？让我们来考虑一下，成为多结果子的基督徒意味着什么？ “果子” 这个词在《新约圣经》里出现了66次。被提到的三种 （A），（B），和 （C）不同的果子是：（A） 我们所吃的 ─ 无花果和葡萄； （B） 生命里的 ─ 婴孩的日常需要；（C） 属灵上的 ─ 基督样式的性情。新约圣经里的加拉太书5: 22-23 节，把属灵的果子定义列成九件事情：（1）仁爱、（2）喜乐、（3）和平、（4）忍耐、（5）恩慈、（6）良善、（7）信实、（8）温柔、（9）节制。你现在知道神希望你的生命结出什么样的果子了。这就是祂所定义的富有成果的生活。你作为基督门徒的明证就是结出圣灵的果子。当审视别人的生命时，或许你是一位不错的 “果子检验员” 。 然而，你自己的生命正在结什么样的果子呢？你是变得更属肉体，还是更像基督？要想知道你多有成果，那就检验你的生命在长出什么。耶稣在约翰福音15: 8 节里提醒 着说，我们能多结果子，就能证明自己是主的门徒能传福音，也就会给我们的天父带来荣耀。你作为基督门徒的明证，就是要多结出圣灵的果子。大家星期五开心与周末愉快！

「灵粮祷告 TODAY’s Prayer」：「今日灵粮 Spiritual Food TODAY」 也就引用以弗所书 Ephesians 2: 10 节和大家在主的爱里相互祷告勉励。像鲍勃牧师最终在分享里提醒我们的，要检验我们自己的生命正在结什么样的果子呢？使徒保罗在这以弗所书 2 章 10 节里，也都这么催促我们要多结出圣灵的果子。因为， “我们原是他的工作，在基督耶稣里造成的，为要叫我们行善，就是神所预备叫我们行的。” 求神帮助我们一生都能 “过着富有属灵成果的生活”，也都能结出带给神荣耀的果子来。祷告奉主名求的，阿们！

In "今日圣言 Holy Word Today" this morning, I read the sharing of "Are You Bearing Fruit for God?" written by Rev. Bob & Mrs. Debby Gass. Pastor Bob quoted John 15: 16, describing that Jesus is calling and choosing people to be his disciples, that is, to send them out to preach the gospel, so that more people in the world will believe in Jesus and be saved, and produce more of the God-given grace, fruit of everlasting life. This is what the theme of "今日灵粮 Spiritual Food TODAY " is about to share. It talks about how we follow Jesus in our lives and participate in serving and preaching the gospel. Calling and election are unwavering. Pastor Bob explained to us: Have you ever wondered why some people can achieve so much? What makes them so productive? Fast forward to the end of your life, what do you need to do to be able to say "I lived a productive life, I accomplished what I set out to do"? What do you consider to be a productive life? More importantly, do you know God's definition of a fruitful life? Let us consider, what does it mean to be a fruitful Christian? The word "fruit" occurs 66 times in the New Testament. The three (A), (B), and (C) different fruits mentioned are: (A) what we eat - figs and grapes; (B) in life – such as, baby’s daily needs; (C) spiritually - a Christlike disposition. Galatians 5: 22-23 in the New Testament defines spiritual fruit as nine things: (1) love, (2) joy, (3) peace, (4) patience, (5) kindness, (6) goodness, (7) faithfulness, (8) gentleness, (9) self-control. You now know what kind of fruit God wants your life to bear. This is what He defines as a fruitful life. The proof that you are a disciple of Christ is the fruit of the Spirit. Perhaps you are a good "fruit inspector" when looking at other people's lives. However, what kind of fruit is your own life bearing? Are you becoming more carnal, or more Christlike? To know how fruitful you are, examine what is growing in your life. Jesus reminded us in John 15:8 that if we bear much fruit, we can prove ourselves as disciples of the Lord, preach the gospel, and bring glory to our heavenly Father. The proof that you are a disciple of Christ is to bear a lot of the fruit of the Spirit. Happy Friday and weekend everyone!

In conclusion, “今日灵粮 Spiritual Food TODAY” would like to quote Ephesians 2: 10 and encourages to pray for each other in the love of the Lord. Just like Pastor Bob in his sharing and ended by asking what kind of fruit should we examine in our own lives? In Ephesians 2: 10, the apostle Paul urges us to bear more of the fruit of the Spirit, because, " For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." May God help us to "Live a Spiritually Fruitful Life" throughout our lives, and would bear fruit that brings glory to God. Pray in the name of the Lord, Amen!
